The life cycle of an auction in Greece
The auction's life begins when the notary or the bailiff posts the seizure report on the website of the Bulletin of Judicial Publications.
The notary posts the auction on www.eauction.gr and then the online auction takes place.*
The auction has a successful tenderer, so the online auction is completed.
If there is no successful tenderer, the whole process is repeated.
*An auction may be suspended at any stage of the process and may not proceed to the completion.
