The NEWSPHONE group of companies (NEWSPHONE SA, CALL CENTER HELLAS SA, AKEP SA), hereinafter referred to as "NEWSPHONE", owner and administrator of this website, Landea.gr, attaches great importance to the lawful processing, security and protection of your personal data, in whatever capacity you communicate or cooperate with any company of our group, such as prospective or active customers, consumers, web site visitors, employees, suppliers, traders, individuals, consumers or third parties.
Please read carefully the terms of this NEWSPHONE Security and Privacy policy. By using our web sites, you unreservedly accept the practices described herein, the terms which govern our contractual relationship and are incorporated by reference into the terms of use of our services.
1. What personal data about you we collect

NEWSPHONE will use your information for the following legitimate processing purposes, in accordance with the rules laid down in article 6 of the GDPR (your consent as the data subject, execution of contract or pre contractual obligations, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest of the Controller or a third party, protection of your vital interests as data subject etc), namely:
  • To provide the services of information of the public or adding value services as described in detail in terms of use and to send promotional or informational emails to registered users.
  • To respond to your inquiries and information queries, such as information regarding searching tools (for properties, auctions, contests etc.) as well as and to update and respond to your suggestions and comments on improving our services.
  • To analyze website traffic and improve your user experience as well as to provide you with information on products, services, special offers and promotional information.
  • To allow us execute internal operations and analysis such as internal and IT management, fraud prevention, invoicing, accounting, billing and control.
  • In case that the services are being provided based on your consent, you can revoke your consent or change your preferences at any time by sending an email to privacy@newsphone.gr declaring the relevant service or by using the unsubscribe link at the end of each email you receive from us. Such withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing of your data that took place up to the point of withdrawal.
    3. What are the data collection and processing principles?
    This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of the terms of collection, processing and transmission of your personal data that we may collect as Controllers or Processors either from public sources (catalogues, release of judicial publications etc.) or directly by the data subject. NEWSPHONE and its trained staff implement and safeguard the ten GDPR processing Principles 2016/679 (legitimacy, objectivity, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage time limitation, integrity, confidentiality and accountability).
    NEWSPHONE also protects and safeguards your eight data subject rights in the use of your Personal Information (information, access, correction, deletion, processing limitation, portability, opposition, and non-automated decision-making based on profiles as specified in Greek law). The above applies without any discrimination to all our processing activities and to all the services provided by NEWSPHONE.
    4. What are the ways of collecting your personal data?
    NEWSPHONE collects lawfully your personal data with acceptance of the terms of use of our service, such as:
  • when you communicate with our offices or with our customer service staff and any communication with our call center, with your comments and preferences for expressing your opinion or comments.
  • when you browse in our site, or you when you sign up voluntarily on our site to receive online newsletters (to receive information regarding auctions of properties, photos etc) or other marketing materials or refresh your preferences;
  • when we receive documents, requests, orders, writings, warrants, etc. of third parties, such as supervisory, prosecutorial, judicial, tax authorities, for investigating crimes and protecting you against fraud or combating all forms of crime and offenses.
  • 5. Data storage, minimisation and deletion
    NEWSPHONE will always ask you for the minimum required personal data to connect to our online platforms and services. NEWSPHONE retains your personal data only for as long as is required by the contractual terms of each service, in conjunction with the applicable telecommunication, transport, tax and other legislation, based on the purpose of the processing, and subsequently anonymises or destroys them.
    You may ask us to know what data we collect about you and correct or delete it unless it is required by law for fiscal, evidentiary or judicial purposes and for prosecuting illegal acts.
    6. Cookies Policy
    According to the European E-Privacy Directive 2009/136/EU (which is expected to be replaced by a relevant Regulation) our website accepts the use of "cookies". These are web-based tools for collecting and analyzing information from social networking platforms or third-party partner sites in order to measure web traffic, improve the functionality, content and overall appearance of our website and constantly adapt to the needs of our customers.

    NEWSPHONE may exceptionally deliver your data when ordered to do so by court decision or official instruction received by any state authority (prosecutors, Electronic Crime Prosecution, telecommunications and assurance of communications authorities such as EETT, ADAE etc.) when we are required to comply with the law and to prevent and to the detriment of our customers, acts of unlawful interference (e.g telecommunication fraud, abuse, insulting personality, etc.).
    While using part of our services, we may ask you for your specific and explicit consent in order to transfer your personal data to third parties (e.g. companies, institutions or real estate agencies which manage the properties appeared in our website) so the latter can contact you regarding the property that you have expressed, through the relative contact form, your interest. Your explicit consent will be given by clicking the choice “I accept” appeared on your screen prior to the completion of this procedure. The aforementioned third parties will receive the data that you fill in the consent form (indicatively name, email, telephone number) in order to answer any request you may have regarding your selected property/ies. Therefore we do not bear any responsibility for the content, actions or policies of these websites.     NEWSPHONE does not allow the use of our website or our services for the transmission of mass or unwanted commercial email (spam). We also do not allow messages to and from our clients to use or contain invalid or forged headings, invalid or non-valid domain names, techniques to conceal the origin of any message, false or misleading information or violate terms of use of web pages.
    We do not permit in any way the collection of e-mail addresses or general information of our customers and subscribers through our website or our services. We do not allow and do not authorize any attempt to use our services in a way that could harm, disable, burden any part of our services, or prevent anyone wishing to use our services.
