What are the differences between the Landea Premium subscription and free access?
The free version of the service provides access to all auctions published on eauction with an auction date within the next 3 months.
With Landea Premium, you get early access to auctions published in the Bulletin of Court Publications that have not yet appeared on eauction, as well as access to all auctions published on eauction, regardless of their auction date.
You also get additional property information, such as auction history and price reductions, along with extra filters, alerts, and tools that make your search easier.
Which properties do Landea Premium subscribers get early access to?
Properties are first published in the Bulletin of Court Publications and only weeks or even months later on eauction.gr. With Landea Premium/Pro, you get earlier access to these properties as soon as they are published in the Bulletin, before they appear on eauction.gr.
Why could no winner auctions from the last 3 or 7 months present opportunities?
Auctions that received no bids and therefore had no winner are expected to be published again. These auctions may present opportunities due to the upcoming price reduction. Auctions that have been unsuccessful twice will have a 20% price reduction when they are republished, while those that have been unsuccessful three times will have a 35% reduction.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your profile on Landea. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. (For example, if you purchased a monthly subscription on 5/11 and cancelled it on 6/11, you will continue to have access to the service until 5/12.)
How much does Landea Premium cost?
We offer two subscription plans, monthly and annual, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:
• The monthly plan costs €79/month.
• The annual plan costs €790/year (instead of €948), giving you 2 months free.
What payment methods are available for the subscription?
Payments for the Landea Premium subscription can only be made online, using a credit or debit card, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
